Allure Med Spa and Salon

This is long, but worth the read. I regret ever setting foot in this salon. I was pushed into buying a treatment package that the owner swore would work wonders, but after five or six sessions, there were no results—nothing improved at all. I wasted my time and money here, and it became clear the owner’s main focus was squeezing more cash out of me rather than delivering any real results. Once I’d prepaid for the package and wasn’t shelling out more each visit, the owner constantly pressured me to purchase additional services. On one occasion, she actually manipulated me into paying $190 for brow and extraction services I never asked for. I left feeling duped and completely taken advantage of. The worst part was the owner’s attitude. When I declined another unnecessary treatment, she asked condescendingly, ‘What, is it because you don’t have money?’ I was stunned and disgusted. Her dismissive and insulting comments made every visit dreadful. I’ve had treatments at other spas and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. When I mentioned other places I’d visited, she openly mocked them, claiming they didn’t know what they were doing, yet every time I left her salon, my face was inflamed—something that never happened elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere if you want quality service and respect.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years due to the fact how knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, professional, polite. I cannot say enough about Sandra the owner she’s there every day making sure her customers are happy and satisfied besides working herself. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere to say the least. They have accommodated me without fail when I needed it. I just can’t speak highly enough about the Salon!

Allure spa is the best it is a welcoming and clean business. I’m a long time customer for pedicure, facial, massage and haircut. I’m very fussy for cleanliness and Allure exceeds my expectations! A wonderful place to relax and unwind! From the wonderful receptionist who always tries to accommodate me to the talented staff doing what they enjoy doing to help make customers happy. I love it here.

I’ve been going to Allure Med Spa monthly for a while now, and Sandra always makes me feel so comfortable and welcome with a warm smile. The environment is calming and staff is efficient. Using their laser hair removal service was a great decision and the process is easy and well-organized. Plus, I never have to shave again!

My go to place for Skincare and more! Everyone is so friendly, and the walls don’t have ears :-). How do you describe a place where you feel so comfy you can drop your drawers and have your butt lasered? Ask to see the (my) pictures if you’re on the fence about laser hair removal.
