Do not expect a timely response and when u do get a call back its something they could of told you in a second. Frustrating Useless time waiting for a response And your call center people (3 pm shift in particular ) are rude and short as well. So the more I think about this the more frustrating your response .Was my doctor told I could possibly have a stress fracture and still I couldn't get in to see him ? Whose decision was it that I couldn't see my primary care until September its May 28th ? Why even have a so called primary care Doctor if you can't see them ...

Have had appointments consistently cancelled due to schedule change by the Dr. then notified by mail so that I can wait on hold to reschedule. Patient care has been lost in our medical system. Thank you Federal government for the mess you made.

The only good thing about this place is some of the doctors. The front desk people are incompetent and lose all of your information even after multiple visits. Everyone in lab and radiology share a single brain cell and don’t bother trying to help you with anything, you’re better off waiting months for an appointment at a practice that actually cares for its patients.

Consistently awful service. Rude people, no callbacks when promised. Getting refills on Rx is like pulling teeth. If you haven't made the mistake of joining this practice, I urge you to seek care elsewhere.

It’s time for me to leave this practice. Not sure why I stayed so long. I called on 2/15 for a new prescription and here we are on 2/23 with no resolution and 20 minutes on hold waiting to ask their team why they lack competence to complete simple tasks. Please go anywhere else.
