Everyone at Valley podiatry was considerate and kind. The staff was incredibly helpful with, what for me, is a difficult situation due to being in a wheelchair and needing temperature controlled room. They helped with both. Dr. Perica was thoughtful, conservative in her approach, which I appreciated, and really calm which helped me because I was in a lot of pain. She was thoughtful and communicated well. I have to travel an hour to get there but I wouldn’t hesitate to use her and that office as my permanent podiatry office .
I’ve waited a year maybe longer to get into this place. Cancelled twice due to MD illness. I work in healthcare I get these things happen, but twice with incredibly long waits for the next appointment. Not worth it. MD appointments require reworking a work schedule. I will make the trip to Boston.
A few months ago I was having issues with my foot and I ended up having foot surgery. I have been to this office several times and every visit the Assistant Liz goes above and beyond! Not only is she always very friendly and greets me with a smile, she is also very attentive to me and any needs I have. Liz goes out of her way to make sure her patients are comfortable and well taken care of and I personally appreciate that very much. A huge thank you to Liz, Dr. Perica and the entire Staff at Valley Podiatry!
Went to see Dr. Perica for hammertoes. Waited an excessive amount of time to see her, but may as well not have seen her at all. She did absolutely nothing for me except tell me I have hammertoes. She gave me ONE toe cover for which I was charged $10; I later found an entire package on Amazon for $10. The doctor bordered on being rude as she did not really speak to me at all. I give the office at 2 because her assistant was very nice and helpful.
The doctor I saw didn't seem to really care about solving my issue. Just on autopilot. I have an injury that prevents me from walking, and his solution was to give me shoe inserts, said "that should do it" and didn't even recommend a follow-up visit. Seemed completely oblivious to the magnitude of my situation. Really disappointed.
