My long awaited review after being a patient for over a year. 3 Basel Cell cancer removals on my face. All went beautifully with no complications. Your in good hands with this exceptional team. Office Manager to the front desk are there to answer all your questions & respond to your emails quickly. I chose this office based on the reviews and it has lived up to that. Special thank you to Kara, Leah, Angelina, for putting me at ease during the surgeries. Always the wonderful Tula for taking the time with me to answer all of everything I throw at her . DR. K. & P.A. Neal are the only two I would personally trust with my face procedures. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier that we found this practice. Our daughter has had ongoing skin issues that her pediatrician felt were just due to sensitive skin. That explanation didn’t sit well with me, so I asked for a referral to dermatology and chose this practice due to the location. The woman who took my initial phone call was so friendly and patient and I instantly had a good feeling about my choice. She got us in quickly to see Neil, PA, who was kind and knowledgeable and we left with answers, treatment, and a follow-up plan. My daughter was noticeably happier within a few days of following the suggested treatment and we are so grateful. Thank you, Neil!

What an amazing experience. From all the women in the office to Nurse Kara and Dr Neil Desai. They were very informative and professional. They made me feel super comfortable in what is typically an uncomfortable setting. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I have had the most worst experience with GK dermatology. I had an appointment as I had a skin rash and the doc said that I have eczema rash. He prescribed me an ointment and said it will be good. Just to sell their product he also said I take a moisturising lotion from over the counter which was around $25 and he said if I apply both it will be good. I got to know that they just sold the product because it is a normal aloe Vera moisturiser cream. It’s been more than two weeks since my appointment and nothing has changed. I would not recommend going to this clinic. It is a waste of time and money. I have posted my review all over the internet because I want patients to know that it is a no show here!!!!!!! WORST

UPDATE: I have been back twice and have had much better experiences. I would [now] highly recommend the practice. It seems like there were a few missed steps at my first visit that are not the norm, and they were rectified. Thank you! ---------- I am wondering what I'm missing with all of the other 5 star reviews. Maybe it was just an off day, but I did not love my experience. The reception portion of the visit was lovely - both team members were very kind. But as soon as the nurse/assistant called my name, it was downhill from there. The nurse/assistant turned around and walked so fast to the room I was grateful the hallway was short, otherwise I surely would have lost her. Her behavior and communication were robotic and quite unfriendly. The NP that I met with was slightly more personable (and very knowledgeable) but rapid fired prescriptions with directions I would never be able to remember. I did not feel the care and concern that others described, so I'm willing to try once more...but will likely return to commuting back into Boston to visit my prior dermatologist where I felt more like a patient than a nuisance.
