I have been going there since 1985 it has grown so much for the good and not so good. I left the Endocrinology department because lack of doctors and your doctor would say come back in 3 months and then you can’t get anything for 8 months. Not sure if it has changed but still won’t go back I love my new one. The other specialist I see are good on the most part except 2 of them which I really like told me there is nothing they can do as they have done everything they could so now I am left up in the air. Other than that I like it there.

This review is specific to Dr Sarah Gyllstrom. I submitted some immunization forms for my son’s college entrance that required her signature and she refused to sign one. Unfortunately this form was poorly constructed and did not specifically say MD signature on the line stating it required a signature but the form itself made that aspect of obvious. She refused to sign stating, through her assistant, that she would not sign something without more clear defined requirement for her signature. I am left wondering what to do?? What does she have to loose by filling out a form regarding immunization that has university letterhead?? So disappointing.

I've been going to this practice for just a year. Our first physician was amazing! but unfortunately within the year he left the practice and another physician, Dr. Deidre Hein, took his place. I went for my first annual physical with her last week and the only feedback I have is to STAY AWAY from this physician. She has a "almighty" complex of herself. I shared some issues I was having and that I was at high risk as family members have serious issues, and asked her to please refer me for a colonoscopy. she said NO because I was not due for my follow up until 2027 so I would need to wait until then. And then proceeded to tell me that this was a preventive visit and that she will not be ordering any diagnostic tests. REALLY??? I then asked if when she ordered my normal bloodwork, to please order all of the same blood test taken the year previously that my Dr had ordered the year before and we had discussed running them again this year to see where we were at since the results indicated I had Lupus. She told me NO, that she was not in the business of ordering of other doctors labs, reminding me again, this was a preventive visit and i'm requesting diagnostic tests. REALLY?? I believe that is why you go to an annual physical - check in on your patient, LISTEN to your patient to learn if any new issues, then order more testing to get to the root of the issue. there were other things that happened during my visit and I shared these with Patient Experience team the same day. I then reviewed my after visit summary on the patient portal and she had entered notes of things that i said that i never said as well as things she said that she never said - so inaccurate information is now in my medical record. I called the patient experience team back, left vm that I wanted to add to my claim and why, and have never heard back. I have canceled all of my appointments with this practice. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this medical group. This Dr Hein has nothing but 1 star reviews everywhere and yet they still hired her. This medical group obviously does not concern themselves with the providing the best in patient care.

I use the pediatric service. My baby was sick and for the third time they sent me to urgent care. I don't understand why the clinic operates if it CANNOT see patients "outside of the schedule". I am really very frustrated with the services provided by the pediatric sector. If it can't see the population in cases "outside of the schedule" it is better to close. I will never recommend it again.

Don’t waste your time they just wanna bill your insurance. It seems like whenever it’s convenient for them that they change their rules but yet they say the rules have been changed for X amount of time but the doctors is done differently so it’s always an excuse. Always a story that doesn’t add up in yet again I’m still sick and I’m a business owner that can’t get away from his business because we’re short staffed with three kids at the house but you guys don’t care. About actually helping anyone. This is not my first time that I’ve had an issue. I’ve just had enough and I’m gonna start looking for a new Doctors for my family extremely disappointing
