I've seen several doctors at this facility, and so far I haven't had a satisfying experience with any of them. First of all: nearly every appointment includes a very long wait AFTER you've already been called into the exam room; one time I literally sat there for 55 minutes before the doctor finally showed up... The reception staff is not very well organized. When my doctor, whom I'd been seeing for over a year, changed her last name and I didn't know about it, I came in saying I had an appointment with Dr. Takiyama; the receptionist literally said she had no idea who that was. Then, recently, I had to reschedule a (rather urgent) appointment, and it turned out my doctor was booked up for an entire month; typically, in these situations, most doctors' offices will offer to notify you of any cancellations. When I asked for this courtesy, I was told they don't do that, but that I should call them EVERY SINGLE DAY, and eventually I would get a sooner appointment. The medical care itself has also left much to be desired. I primarily suffer from chronic acne, which I had hoped to find an effective treatment for. (I would have happily considered an out-of-pocket cosmetic procedure if one were recommended to me.) Instead, all I've gotten is two useless skin biopsies and a prescription for a medication that had no effect on my acne... which the doctor then took me off of with no warning and no in-person explanation. The last straw came when I developed a mysterious rash that I'm pretty sure is an allergic reaction to something in my home. I had already tried an over-the-counter anti-itch cream which didn't work -- and I told my doctor this. She proceeded to prescribe essentially the same thing... which, predictably has not worked either. I foolishly mentioned that several weeks prior to the rash first appearing I had seen a single bedbug -- but that I had already fumigated, and there were no more signs of them. My doctor ignored this and told me the rash was DEFINITELY bedbug bites, and that she wouldn't even consider any other possible diagnosis -- so she prescribed the ineffective cream, scheduled a far-out follow-up appointment, and that's it. Meanwhile, there has been zero evidence of bedbugs, and my rash has gotten severely worse while I wait for that appointment. I am now in search of a new, hopefully better dermatologist.

I’ve been bringing my son for quite a while now and have seen a few doctors due to my schedule. All the doctors have been amazing and very helpful. Most recently he has seen Alyssa and she is absolutely wonderful. Even better, the staff makes the visit even more pleasant. Specifically, Shanice, my son is very shy and he has no problem talking to her and updating her on his skin health with no shying away. She makes him feel very comfortable and he loves going to this doctor. She is so friendly and cheerful and I look forward to seeing her every visit. I highly recommend this doctor’s office for all your skin needs. They are very professional and they did wonders for my sons skin issues.

I’ve now seen PA Jeff Bonnaud several times for Botox. Jeff’s attention to detail is outstanding and he has exceptional bedside manner. What’s apparent in just a short time speaking with Jeff is that he takes a vested interest in his patients. He ensures he answers all questions and concerns, making you feel perfectly assured before he begins any procedure. Jeff’s care doesn’t end after the visit is done. He and his team consistently follow up to ensure the desired results have been achieved. I would recommend Jeff without reservation!

I used to love coming here. Both Jeffrey Bonnaud and Alyssa Krieger were great. But they have both left the practice and things have gone downhill. They need to train their staff in trauma informed care. Twice now I have had issues with being put into triggering situations due to my PTSD and history of trauma and both times I was treated like I was being a nuisance. The most recent visit was the worst. I was left alone in a triggering situation for 10 minutes and when staff returned no care was given to the fact that I was completely shut down and crying. I was rushed around, flopped around like burger, and then quickly ushered out. It was a horrible experience and I won't be going back. If you have a history of trauma I advise that you seek care elsewhere.

I had an appointment with PA Jeff Bonnaud about 2 months ago. We ran into each other in Boston a few months prior and with some laughs he helped ease my stress over a few spots on my face I had been getting worried about. (*Brilliant!* Thank you!) I lived in the tropics with little-to-no sunscreen use for a few years and I think my skin shows it. During our appointment, he zapped some blood vessels, moles and spider angiomas off my nose, around my maxilla, zygoma and sphenal regions. The sensations during and after were not unpleasant, which surprised me, not knowing how it would feel. I am very happy with the results. After maybe 10 days, the blemishes were all completely gone. This work excites me and I want more! I also had this gnarly little leg hair follicle thing going on on the side of my knee which he addressed and per his recommendation and prescription, it resolved quickly, and the Rx also made me just generally feel 10,000x better, so I think he helped catch something I had been seeking Primary Care for for months. I am so happy to refer my friends and clients to The Center. The facility is easy to find, very nice from the outside, clean and welcoming inside and staffed with friendly and helpful people. And I'm sending everyone I know to Jeff: he's sure to keep us looking smooth and youthful for many years to come! Thank you!
