Was set to start a strong medication and then was never informed of the proper steps that were needed before even picking up the medication. Had to figure out everything out on my own through google. Had trouble at the pharmacy because of this and was basically told by the doctor that I should have done everything earlier instead of getting it last minute, WHEN in reality I was only given 3 days to pick up the medicine by another doctor. It’s sad because my first experiences with them were good, but now looking at this, everything was rushed and not properly set up on their part. Only reason why I’m deciding to stay is to just get the medication for my skin without redoing the entire process all over again with a different derm center. Overall, good at the start, but when you ask questions and need help, you’ll be given passive aggressive comments and little assistance/information on anything.

Don't waste your time..was going to have surgery done, could not get a price estimate, was told to contact my insurance. insurance says i owe X percentage of cost, they don't know how much the surgeon charges. makes sense. so, ask the staff and the surgeon and nobody knows the cost, tells me to ask my insurance what their doctor charges. what?! so i ended up leaving and will get the procedure done elsewhere where they can actually help. hot mess!

Rosie was extremely helpful! She sorted out some issues I was having in record time. The staff here are very attentive and kind, looking forward to my continued treatment here.

I was so scared and anxious when arriving. The second i walked through the door I was comforted with a welcome and smile. I had Mohs surgery and the entire team went out of there way to be sure i was comfortable throughout the process. Every step was explained.
