I had an amazing experience at Icon Medical Spa in Waltham! Jayne was so friendly and helpful over the phone, and Camila was incredibly professional and made my laser hair removal treatment smooth and comfortable. They both walked me through everything and ensured I felt at ease. Exceptional customer service—highly recommend!

My new Med Spa home. Gaia, the RN that does the injections is the opposite of your typical snooty Botox injector. I have had Botox many times and still don’t know exactly what I want or how many units. After reviewing everything with me, she asked what I wanted. I was all over the place and once done talking she said “OK, so what I’m hearing is….”. She was able to articulate exactly what I wanted. No idea how :) She was gentle, used lidocaine on my upper lip and really knows her stuff. I mentioned my daughter’s medical skin diagnosis and she knew exactly what it was. Many doctors do not know what it is. Next - there were a few women upfront when I got there. Upon check out It was just Laura. I chatted with her for a couple minutes while she checked me out. I felt and at ease with her too. She has some experience with the products and was able to give me some insight. I walked in prepared for uptight, fake people trying to push product I would never purchase. Walked out calm, happy and thinking about what to try next. I went there because of the Groupon but will be back without it. Of course, with Groupon it is inexpensive. After, Botox is I think$12.95 per unit, on the high side. But, other pricing like laser hair removal is a great price. $399 for a large area - yes please! I have been to places that always charge $7.95 per unit. I became friendly with one of the employees and found out it’s because they mix it only 50% of it was Botox (actually Xeomin). Icon MD is on Alle and they do friend referrals. So, if you know me and our planning on going, mention me for $100 off. So far, no bruising. Highly doubt I will have any.

I was originally interested in this med-spa because the prices for laser hair removal are extremely reasonable. The atmosphere is welcoming as the employees have friendly and professional attitudes. The facility is also very clean and organized. The manager Karyn met with me before I had any procedures to make sure I understood the process. She was very knowledgable, informative, and friendly. Anne has been my laser tech and she always makes me feel comfortable. She is very friendly and skillful. The laser they use is one of the best on the market and it has a cooling element which makes the experience that much more manageable. I barely feel it! It remains to be seen how effective the treatment is after my 6 sessions but so far it seems to be reasonably stunting the hair growth.
