The provider I see at Laser MD in Waltham is fantastic. I have a few complicated muscles in my brow area and Regina has always worked with me to ensure I get the best results. She listens to her patients concerns and really does a great job at understanding what her patients are looking to achieve. I would highly recommend her and I would also like to add that the entire staff at this location is always pleasant and personable.

This was my first time getting Botox, and I did with nurse Regina. She was an absolute angel. She was so sweet, welcoming and super professional. I highly recommend Laser Med Spa and nurse Regina. Regina told me exactly what I need it. I really appreciate how she explained to me what I should get, and how I shouldn’t go overboard. That just shows a bit of how professional and caring she is as a nurse. Overall staff is very welcoming.

I went to laser med spa for botox and I literally love it. They are so welcoming, professional and the good energy I got from nurse Regina made me feel like we been friends forever. I felt so in love that I would drive an hour if necessary just to get botox treatments with her. The price is very affordable. Staff makes you feel very comfortable and makes you feel so beautiful. I highly recommend. Overall location is very clean, organized and easy parking.

I’ve always been afraid of going to places like these to change features I’ve hated the most. I was afraid I would be judged for the way I look. I can tell you as soon as I walked in Flavia and the other lady (I am sorry I forgot your name) we’re both very kind and very welcoming. The place itself and the rooms are wicked clean and hygienic. Regina is very thorough and explains everything in great detail and ensures your comfort and safety are maintained throughout the treatment. I’ve never felt so welcomed and heard like I was here. I would recommend anyone this business to anyone that is thinking of any cosmetic changes. I promise you, you will feel like you’ve met your new family. I’ve only completed one treatment but will definitely coming back for other things! :)

I walked in for a botox consultation and was greeted by RN Pamela. I told her I was interested in smoothing out my forehead lines and in between my brows. She went over the cost and had availability to treat me right then and so said “yes”! It was quick relatively pain free. Within 3 days I had a smooth line free forehead! Great experience!
