Skin Laundry - Arsenal Yards

Just finished my fourth power duo and saw my results and I have to say they were amazing. I felt like it was working, but to see the side by side images really proved it! I highly recommend giving Skin Laundry a try!

I have an appointment Saturday morning at 9:30am. And it requires me to stay home for two whole days and not going anywhere. I made plans and scheduled and canceled everything for these two days, so I can stay home for two whole days to recover. It says clearly that if I cancel the appointment, I need to cancel it 12 hours before the appointment, otherwise I would get charged for $25, which I understand, my cancellation would cause the inconvenience for other people, I would pay if I cancel too late. On this Friday midnight (which is Saturday 12:33am), I received the message that told me the appointment got canceled. I send message to ask questions but it’s not in business hours. Then I thought okay, it got canceled and it’s really inconvenient. Then this morning, I got a message at 8am which reminded me to go to my 9:30am appointment, and I thought oh okay, now I can go again? It’s confusing. Then I try to respond, but the response was it’s not available for today and next available time is Monday noon.. Then I felt more frustrated because I cleared my whole two days calendar just for this appointment and it got canceled within 12 hours before the appointment. And it’s kinda unfair that if a customer cancel their appointment within 12 hours, they need to pay the $25 cancellation fee, but for the store who canceled within 12 hours they don’t have to cause anything. There not reimbursement for the customers inconvenience. I think for store like this should have a backup nurse, or better mailing system, or some store credit, or free product samples.. this kind of just cancel in the midnight and cause customer for two days inconvenience is not very considerate. I am sincerely hope the store owner could improve this situation’s experience (cancel due to emergency less than 12hrs prior to appointment), and because it really made the whole experience less satisfying. But if the store handle could this situation more considerately, it actually would make the whole experience better. I hope this review would help. Sincerely.

I have been coming here for 4 months now. Sahara is very helpful and informative. Ali really covered all areas and even made retouches for best results. Always the best care and service! Not to mention results are beyond expectations.

I have been doing laser treatments here for the past 3 months and my skin tone improved significantly, sun spots became milder and breakouts diminished by far (if they do happen they now go away quicker which is amazing!). The staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
