I have been a customer of Unique Laser Watertown for over two years and am very satisfied with my hair removal results. The place is always clean, smells great, and offers excellent promotions. Bryana is my favorite technician —her work is precise, ensuring every inch is covered for the best outcome, and she is incredibly attentive. I feel very lucky to be treated by her. Highly recommended!

I had the most amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend. The first notable great thing was that I accidentally scheduled my appointment on the wrong day (completely my fault). When I got the confirmation text from their office, I realized my mistake and called to see if I could reschedule, expecting that there would be some understandable frustration on their part. The receptionist was very understanding, and she happily rescheduled my appointment. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted warmly by friendly staff and a welcoming waiting area. I had gone in for a consultation for a procedure, and I expressed my concerns from previous experiences at other practices, and I was presented with a treatment plan that was much more appropriate for my needs. What is exemplary about this is that the treatment I was offered was less expensive than the one I went in for--so I was assured that UniQ Laser providers truly had my best interest in mind. I came home buzzing with joy because the experience felt like wellness rather than conformity to beauty standards. I can't recommend enough! A big hug of gratitude to Deniece and Vanessa!

I had my first laser treatment yesterday and I loved it! The staff is amazing! Everybody is so welcoming! I was really scared of the pain,but everything went very smoothly! Highly recommend!

Staff is super friendly and comforting always had great customer service experience. I am unfortunately giving them two stars because I did not get any results . In fact my hair growth is 10x worse :/. I am a dark skinned girlie and received laser tx in my underarms, upper lip & neck . I am growing an excess amount of hair on neck now where I barely had little peach fuzz hair before .
