ATI Physical Therapy

This is my fourth time I have used the services of this office (all different reasons). All the therapists and staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. They make your appoint fun so you really want to come back. The facility is clean and bright. The therapists are willing and helpful to make your experience the best it can be. If you cannot do an exercise one way they will show you options to see if it is better for you. I highly recommend this office.

I have been going to ATI in Wilbraham since 12/17/24 following surgery on my left wrist on 11/21 after breaking it on 11/14.. It feels like a long haul but now that I have started rehab with ATI, I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! The therapists are not only skilled but thoughtful, caring, educational and engaging. I am appreciative, not only of the work they do with me, but the increased understanding I have of my wrist/arm as well as the “whys & wherefores” of what I am doing to increase my strength and range of motion. I do my part with exercises as required at home between visits and I anticipate being “as good as new” or as close as possible in the near future with the help of the therapists at ATI!

This was my second time using services at ATI Physical Therapy in Wilbraham. Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was seen on time. The PT was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. The treatment plan was effective. I won’t hesitate to use them again, if needed.

The environment is a large open room where everyone is being worked on at the same time. There is no privacy whatsoever. The junior people warm you up while the senior people are busy with several other patients. The people were all very nice but to be honest I probably could have gotten the same or better exercise off of You Tube

The Wilbraham facility is well equipped and well staffed to assist in a variety of physical therapy needs. Everyone I interacted with was not only caring and approachable but also knowledgable. Just the right mix of listening, teaching, and motivating.
