Ashley is the best! I was having a very hard time getting a cardiac rehab appointment through my new cardiology office. I contacted Baystate Medical (my primary is there) and she was so kind and understanding. She did not make me feel like she was annoyed. Because of a call Ashley made, I got an appointment two days later. This was something she didn't have to do. It was up and above! She truly cares about her patients and I wish everyone in the medical field could be the same. I'm so very grateful.

They started off great...but have become too big and busy. I have been a patient for years now. My doctor left the practice and I was passed around by the other physicians for a while and eventually given to a nurse practitioner. I have been very sick two times since becoming pregnant...including a fever and strep and have not been able to get in with ANYONE at anytime. I just speak to nurses and assistants over the phone who are helpful and kind, but sometimes you just need to be seen...I have had to go to a walk in clinic a few times almost 45 minutes away to get treated this year.

Dr McCool is amazing! I struggled for two years to get a doctor to take my neck pain seriously. Had they ordered an mri, they would have found that I have severe spinal stenosis in my neck. Dr McCool got the ball rolling and within a month or so, I received my first injection. I was a semi-professional athlete and ran 6 Ragnars and played ice hockey up until last year. My quality of life has diminished as I am now fully retired from sports and running due to my neck, but Dr McCool has been kind and professional, taking seriously so I don't lose more of what I enjoy....simply living day to day life. Thank you Dr. McCool!

Prompt , great dr and staff. I feel listened to and glad I have them as my primary. Dr Kanell refers when he feels its necessary and appropriate and he’s been on top of it. Great team to work with.
