This entire office is wonderful. The staff is professional and well informed. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. Nurse practitioner Dow is attentive, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office for their knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate approach.

I have been a patient of Demos Dermatology for over a decade now. Unfortunately I suffer from CPTSD and DID and often have trouble getting labwork done because getting my blood taken occasionally triggers dissociative seizures. Sage took over my care from Dr. Demos and she has been amazing (he was excellent too btw). The staff is incredibly warm and understanding and never make me feel like a burden. They are attentive and actively listen to me. They also work hard to battle the insurance companies to get medication they know I should be approved for. I appreciate them all very much. They ask how I'm doing and get excited for life updates like my recent marriage and my wife's pregnancy. They feel like family to me. Thank you guys so much!

Always treated with respect and kindness in the wilbraham office, from the receptionist to the doctor. Facility is always neat and clean.

Provider Sage and all the staff at this office are so nice. Quick and efficient service. Attention to detail and although the appointments are brief, they earnestly seem concerned about you. I feel good going to this provider and she really feels like she is in my best interest. Excellent office and staff.
