Dermatology Associates

I took one of my world war II veterans to this facility for his appointment and I have to say everyone was absolutely outstanding kind courteous it's just something that was overwhelmingly appreciated. My veteran loved the doctor he was very understandable clear he explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs to go to a dermatologist. I have to say I was beyond humbled because the treatment we received today haven't received that kind of treatment in a long time.

Dr. Shofner is awesome! I have seen him for a few years now and the experience has been nothing but amazing! He is very knowledgeable and professional. The staff is also helpful and personable. Dr. Shofner has always provided practical yet effective solutions! Highly recommended.

My visit was comfortable and pleasant. The nurses/receptionists were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Dr Schofner was perfect, too! He is always able to calm my anxiety. He answers all my questions, patiently and confidently. This all adds up to a great appointment.

Beware!! Cathy Formosi performed a procedure before informing me of the cost. I thought I was there for a follow-up to finish off the first treatment but she charged me another $225! If she had told me, I would not have had another treatment. I sent a registered letter to Dr. O'Brien, have called twice and not gotten any response. When I called they gave me the run-around, never answered my letter, told me the supervisor was not in and did not know when she would be in. When they finally called me back 1-1/2 months later, Donna O'Brien was extremely rude and would not honor my request for a credit. Apparently because they have some obscure paragraph on a handout, they do not think it necessary to verbally communicate the price of the additional procedure. Donna O'Brien refused to listen to me and talked over me when I tried to speak. She was so out of control I hung up on her. What a terrible way to treat a patient. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely horrible people to deal with.

Alexandria McGovern was very professional and demonstrated a thorough knowledge and understanding of her medical background. She answered all my questions and performed / applied the treatment most suitable for my skin condition. Very Satisfied 😊
