I had an amazing experience with Sarah for my Hydrafacial! From start to finish, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. The treatment was relaxing, refreshing, and my skin has never looked better! Sarah’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire session. She explained each step of the process, and I left feeling rejuvenated with a glowing complexion. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience!

Sarah was AMAZING! She explained everything in detail, what I was to expect during my treatment and my after care. Sarah also took the time to answer all my questions about my after care. If I could give a zero I would. Went to the office for my bi-annual cancer screening follow up from a past melanoma today 1-14-25 and was turned away because I did not have a credit card; only a checkbook. Was told I could not be seen with out putting a credit card on file. Asked if I could pay with a check and call back with credit card number as I did not have one with me and told No. Asked if they could use my routing number and account number on check was told No. I want to add my account was in good standing and zero balance from past visits. I was not having any spa treatment or fancy skin treatment, simply having my cancer screening and was turned away. For some people having a person check over your entire body under a microscope is not the most comfortable feeling and it takes time to feel comfortable attending these visits. I finally was feeling more comfortable about my 6 month visits and now this whole situation left such a bad taste in my mouth I have no desire to return. The sad truth is if there is an issue or I have a new spot then who is responsible for the lack of care I received today? There was no compromise at all no exceptions and I was refused to be seen! What kind of doctor practices this way? Maybe it would make more sense if I did not bring any form of payment but I brought my checkbook and was willing to pay up front at the door before even being seen!!! Heck I even offered a blank check until I could get them my credit card. I work for a Health System and WOW just WOW. Unbelievable this happened!!!

Super great people. They listened to me. I would give 100 stars if I possibly could, but that is not allowed!!! They are so kind there. I accidentally came on the wrong day and they still were able to treat me. Definitely worth the extra drive. Check them out. Very professional, well versed, and educated group of people.

I appreciate the professional manner in which Mina & Kaily took care of me. Extremely satisfied with my experience & will recommend in the future. The office is clean & welcoming, look forward to looking into some of the spa options as well.
