Great shop for make enthusiast. Sales were hard to understand independently. The overhead radio articulated sales but the pace was quick. More chatty staff or internal signage at the door may be helpful to customers. I visited from Canada. It’s nice to just see something different than the competitor.

So I have never been a girly girly and I had a wonderful experience getting the perfect stuff for makeup. A young lady named Abby helped me out and was just wonderful. Totally recommend her for any help!

Abby was extremely helpful for me! I live over fifty minutes away and it’s the closest Ulta beauty near me, and I called to see if they had the shampoo and conditioner I needed in stock and she went all the way through the store to help me find out. She was very nice and informative over the phone which helped me find a way to order online! Thank you Abby!

Unfortunately my experience today was absolutely terrible!! I ordered product online for in store pickup, I was in the area and figured I would stop in and grab the product because it was over the 2 hour period and I haven’t received any email on the status. I was greeted with such an attitude from the girl working the pickup counter and was advised very rudely they send an email when it’s ready. I wasn’t demanding at all nor did I give any sort of attitude because my product wasn’t readily available. She proceeded to fill all the other orders with an attitude as if she was trying to teach me a lesson. When she returned with ALL of the orders including mine she slammed the bags full of products on the counter so hard that everyone turned to look at her. As a diamond member, I have always tried to shop in store and local to support our local businesses however this is one of many recent experiences that have been unpleasant due to poor attitudes. With that being said I will not be a returning customer.
