Fraser Eye Care has been a helpful and positive experience. I owe a great amount of gratitude to Jackie in billing. She went the extra mile for me and relieved a great amount of stress for me. My insurance has been denying my claims for months due to errors on their part. I tried for months to resolve the issues with numerous insurance agents but no one fixed the problem. Then Jackie stepped in on my behalf and resolved my issues. After months of stress and frustration I finally can breathe easy knowing my claims will be paid. My sincere thanks to, Jackie.

Writing this review on behalf of my mother who had Macular Hole surgery. She said the surgery itself was smooth and during the day of the procedure everyone was very calming. She had to keep her head parallel to the ground for 5 days. They sent her home and she did the followup the next day, all good experiences. Three days later she had massive swelling in her legs and ankles. She called and was transferred FOUR TIMES and explained it four times. Finally, a front desk person told her it was unrelated to the surgery and to reach out to her Primary Care doctor. WHAT? They totally were trying to blow her off. My mother doesn’t have any other medical issues. Just sad and frustrating the level of difficulty to get to a nurse to talk to post operation.

I had eyelid surgery at the Fraser Eye Care Surgery center in Fraser yesterday. Everyone there, from my surgeon Dr. Dai to all the nurses, techs, and receptionist, were very nice, thorough, efficient, and professional. If you ever need any kind of eye care or eye surgery, this is the place to go.

They always help me when I need them and their doctors do a fantastic job and make me feel comfortable. They always have appts the day of at one of their locations if something is bothering you. Thank you fraser eye care center !!! I love you guys

I do not write reviews often, I am beyond impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and hard working from this company and employees. I am impressed by both eye doctors that I have seen. Scheduling is open and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!
