Gail has been doing microneedle procedures for me for a couple years and she is the best! She is gentle with targeting my problem areas and is really easy to talk to.

I suffered from psoriasis for 20 years. I tried a few times to get treatment but the Dr.s I was seeing didn't seem interested. They made it so difficult to get medication to combat it. Also they would charge me an arm and a leg to see them. I.would recieve a bill for $300 to speak with them for 5 minutes. Then I went to Dr. Gerkin. He attacked my.illness like no other and helped me along the way getting other treatment before I could get the medication for my psoriasis. He communicated with me and stayed on top of my difficult case. I recommend him to everyone I speak to. He really does care and wants to help as quickly and effectively as possible. Please give him a try. You will not regret it. The best there is!

Absolute nightmare working with the office manager. The one time she actually answered the phone. She stated she would look into my request and give me a call. Never received that call. Been calling ever since and am either miss transferred to a wrong department or sent to her voicemail. I see no reason to ever come back to this place.

Great doctors and Nursing assists but the receptionist were absolutely rude. My fiancé and I came in for a double apt and they were making unnecessary and rude comments about it. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have to have someone with me at all times due to health issues and they were making fun because I made us an apt on the same day at the same time. Just highly disappointed in the receptionist because the rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful!

I visited Grekin Skin Institute May 7, 2024 for flakey skin on my face. The doctor saw me for about 5 minutes and sprayed a cold spray onto the affected area. They billed BCBS $420 for a "surgery". No anesthesia or cutting were performed. No expensive equipment utilized. And yet they feel they have the right to charge $420 for this. That's on top of $466 just to walk in the door for a total billed of $866. The contracted price brings this down to $269 which is still absurd. This is insurance fraud plain and simple. They billed a surgery for something that should not have been charged considering the walk in the door fee. The billing department was totally uninterested in this matter and never returned my calls. If you are interested in being scammed/overcharged and want to contribute to rising insurance costs definitely check out Grekin!
