Where do I even start. Please beware if coming to this office as they have very dishonest business practices. My husband went to see Dr. Altman to get some skin tags removed. He had a very routine visit and Dr. Altman stated that all the skin tags that were to be removed looked completely normal, so no reason to worry. My husband paid for the skin tag removal before leaving the office. We then get a bill in the mail for the office visit (which is completely normal), and another charge for the skin tag removal which was already paid and for which they had record of. Then a few weeks later the bill has changed again to include a tissue exam of the skin tags, for which was NEVER discussed at the office because the doctor said everything looked normal. We fought these charges for months with their accountain BARB, who honestly has got to be the worst accountant out there with no communication skills whatsoever and would not return any calls. She then finally decided that she would discuss this with Dr. Altman and he agreed to apply the office charge, that was already paid, to our bill. I was anticipating i would get an updated bill from the office but then a couple weeks later we get a letter stating they have sent the bill to collections for the full amount. It is beyond me how petty this office has been through all of this, over a very small charge, which i would have had no problem paying if things were done correctly. The very unfortunate thing is that this looks very bad on Dr. Altman, who I have personally seen and is very pleasant, when I feel as if this is completely Barbs fault for not getting this handled correctly in the accounting department. This could have been a very simple fix for a tiny mistake, but was drawn out for no reason. I do hope they learn from this and look for a new accountant.

Dr. Gildenberg is hilarious and very competent. Staff is kind and efficient. Easy to make an appointment. Great practice!

I had a bump that kept coming back on my nose so I made an appointment to see my dermatologist, Dr. Stuart Gildenberg, and it only took one appointment with him to get rid of it. He was very pleased when I came back for the recheck appointment. I’m very pleased too, and highly recommend him.

I have been going to this office for over 10 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. I see Dr. David Altman and he is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to discuss with me the exam and if there is anything that I've noticed that concerns me. He is also very friendly as is the entire staff. If you're looking for a dermatologist, I would recommend Dr. Altman and Midwest Center for Dermatology in Warren.

I am always impressed with the prompt courteous service and I absolutely respect and adore Dr. Gildenberg. He’s patient and thorough and makes the appointment fun!
