My experience was excellent. Easy to find and parking was simple. The nurse was very friendly and it was easy talking back and forth. Dr Armstrong was very friendly and made talking about the health problem quite a lot of fun. I was in and out of their offices in a short amount of time. I walked out with surgery scheduled and i was very happy because I'm tired of my arm hurting! Thanks

I’m a RN who saw Dr Cullen for a consult recently, to remove a facial lesion. In my 45 years in the medical field, i have never encountered a kinder, more caring physician with such excellent bedside manner. He does not rush you and takes his time to make sure your questions are answered.

I love and would 10/10 recommend Elite Plastic Surgery and Dr. Cullen! I saw Dr. Cullen about 14 years ago for my initial breast augmentation surgery. After all the time, kids, body changes, etc I went in for another consultation for an implant exchange. We discussed my options, what would work best for what I needed and made a plan. I recently had my revision surgery and couldn't be happier. He is skilled and professional. The team at EPS is top notch, caring and so helpful.

Dr Armstrong is amazing, it is not a pleasurable experience going in and getting shots for anything but he made it bearable for me. He explained the procedure and was very professional along with his assistant and I will elect to have him do my surgeries when it is time. In today's world it is not normal that people take extra time to spend with you to explain things and make you comfortable this is a way of life with him and his office staff!
