Simply the Best truly is the best! I am impressed with all of the services they offer. Everything from botox to permanent cosmetics and more. Cathy is so kind and caring. She takes the time to listen and address any issues you're having. Her Knowledge is expansive and she explains everything clearly. Julie is remarkable at permanent cosmetics and offers other services like lashes and a variety of facials with a friendly and professional demeanor. I completely trust both Cathy and Julie with my beauty needs.

I moved to Kalamazoo a few years ago and struggled to find a place that I loved. A friend recommended Cathy and even though it was an hour drive, I decided to try it. From the moment I walked into the office, I knew it was worth the drive. I was a little surprised when she told me the length of our first appt, but soon understood why. Cathy asked me very detailed questions about my concerns and areas I wanted to address. She gave very thoughtful, detailed and thorough information with absolutely no pressure. I left feeling like she really understood my concerns and goals and was completely confident that she could help me. She takes before and after pics after every visit and always checks in after a procedure to make sure I like the results. Cathy really is a needle in the haystack- a perfect combination of knowledge, experience and a warm personality. I truly feel so lucky to have found her!
