I was seen promptly; within one minute of my appointment time! The session with Dr. Filipof, was very professional. She referred to her notes from my visit and went over each skin area; treating each as necessary and talking about what she was seeing. Then she checked all around and made notes and treated a few new questionable spots. The doctor is very patient and patient's family concerned and the welcome atmosphere is reassuring. I recommend Dr. Natalia Filipof, MD and her attendant staff.

I was a new patient and they were so helpful over the phone to set up my appointment and send me all the paperwork that I could do online ahead of time. When I went in for my appointment, all they had to do was scan my insurance cards. Made it much easier than sitting there filling out pages and pages of paper. The staff was so friendly checking in and checking out. The medical assistant was very kind and I saw a nurse practitioner named Kendall. Can’t remember her last name. She took time to listen and took care of the issue. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Mans-Dulac is a superb physician, caring and dedicated. Her staff is very knowledgeable, supportive, puts the patient at ease and friendly. Great office to go to for medical care.

Doctor Natalia and staff are wonderful. Remembers me from past visits and never fails to ask about my granddaughter. She was a patient at a young age. Doctor would put dry ice on the floor to entertain and relax her before the examination. It became a fun experience not scary. We talk thru my yearly skin check up so it is over quickly and not embarrasing. Highly recommend to others looking for a Dermatologist.
