Extremely disappointed in coming to a practice for hearing aids that I believed participated with my insurance. My insurance said I should only pay less than $500 but I was out almost $3.000 for a pair of hearing aid I could have gotten something that worked as well for much, much less. Not upfront about this practice not participating with my insurance. Their own billing company told me I should only pay less than $500. Would not recommend this to anyone. I've heard that this type of hearing aid will soon be for sell without this extreme price gouging. Don't go here!
In 2022 I was having massive nose bleeds. I was sent to this office from the ER. They were able to figure out what was the problem, and do the surgery needed to fix my nose bleeds. I have not had a nose bleed since. It was a wonderful professional office that did their best to help me out. A big thank you to Dr. Casey Ashby and Dr. Amber Berry for their wonderful care.
Amazing place. Dr. Berry has helped me so much to clear up chronic congestion and headaches. Staff are professional and friendly.
I have had 3 appointments here and Dr. Shapiro is excellent. There were issues with scheduling follow up tests but we worked through them. My issue is that while they ask you you to report in 15 minutes before your appointment, which I am fine with, they left me to wait 30 plus minutes in addition. After working a 9 hour shift at my own job, I was tired and hungry and just respectfully left. I would not have been so irritated if I hadn’t had to reschedule this appointment as I was 10 minutes late at my last appointment and I apologized/rescheduled..if your office is running behind, you can let your patients know instead of leaving them in waiting rooms for long periods of time unsure if they were forgotten or what. It’s unprofessional and rude.
Extremely disappointed with wait times. I have been to this office now 4 times. 2 times I waited close to an hour to see the doctor and today I showed up after leaving work early and picking up my 2 year old to be told when we arrived that the doctor (Berry) is running 30-45 minutes behind. This is truly unacceptable. I understand that things happen but based on the interaction with the front desk this IS the norm. You either need to schedule appropriately or let patients know so they can show up later. I decided not to “wait and see how long it would be” and just scheduled a new appointment which I then promptly cancelled.
