Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center | Kalamazoo

I have been coming here for years but after my last experience, I will be looking for a new doctor. I came in and had a troublesome spot taken off my breast. I asked for a note for work to back up the fact that I couldn't wear my bra and was told that they weren't "going to give me the day off". Umm, I don't work for here, I wasn't asking you to give me the day off, but just a note verifying that I had a minor surgery and leave the rest up to my employer. The lack of empathy and the attitude that went with it made my decision to seek another dermatologist easy.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. As a war veteran identified with 100 percent disability, I am driven to and from my medical appointments. My ride dropped me off over an hour early. To my great relief, I was seen within 15 minutes. I was grateful that they worked to fit me in as quickly as possible without me asking. We went in for one thing that turned out to be minor but the doctor found something that could possibly be cancer. She was very thorough and informative. Very nice, thoughtful people and very clean place.

The staff here was so very friendly. The other great part of my visit was their respect for my time. I got in and out in an impressive time. They are overall a very efficiently ran provider.

Staff is very friendly. Really like Amber. I feel I can trust her. Would recommend this office.
