My mom has dementia and needed to have squamous cells removed from her nose. Dr. Kouba and his entire staff were compassionate with mom and supportive of me as her caregiver. We had to return because mom's diminished state caused her to pick at her dressings and she was able to remove it after we arrived home. Dr. Kouba and his staff were patient explaining her options and coming up with a new plan for mom. I would recommend this office without hesitation.

My husband and I both have been patients here for sometime. Attempted to make a follow up appointment for September and a snarky receptionist named Abby seemed pleased to inform me they have no one in the practice scheduling appointments until January

Good luck even getting a hold of anyone, I have a referral and I tried to call and it will automatically hang up after the intro message, called from multiple numbers to confirm
