Twice had billing issues. Office struggled to be able to explain the charges. Very frustrating. Even though insurance and I paid what they billed, they banned me as a customer - lol. Whatever you do, don't question the bill!

A cyst appeared on my chest and over two weeks time, it didn’t seem to be healing. I called a few dermatologists which indicated that it would be a few months before I could get an appointment. I called Kouba Dermatology of Findlay at 11 am and saw a professional in their office at 1:00 pm. Once there, the medical folks were extremely efficient, professional, and informative about the treatment I needed. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a dermatologist in the Hancock/Seneca County area.

From the moment I got there, I felt comfortable. The office staff are super friendly and the medical assistant was so nice. Emily was the CNP that I saw and I would recommend her to everyone! She was so nice and answered all my questions..I would definitely recommend them and if I need a dermatologist again this is the place I will go!

Highly efficient staff. I'm impressed that everyone knows what they're doing. They work well together. Easy to make and appointment at my convenience. Also, appreciate there willingness to put me on a will call list. I feel extremely confident with and trust that the doctor knows what he's doing. He examines/explains/educates me about my condition, then suggests the choices I have to improve the health of my skin. I walk away with confidence that I'm in good hands.

I was leaving for Florida from near my home near Toledo OH and concerned about a growing spot on my arm. When I called to make an appointment at the Woodville OH office for a month ahead, they were booked into next year, but Carrie in the Findlay office was able to schedule me in less than three hours from my call and on the way south! Ashley removed the spot on my arm and discovered others needing attention as well. Kaitlyn even took the time to remove a bloody spot on my brand new shirt. Great office and staff to visit. 😊
