Amazing experience! I took my mother to an appointment and had the best visit. Mallory and staff made her feel so comfortable, answered all her questions and addressed her concerns. I would like to shout out Mallory the PA that provided my mother with the best care I could have hoped for! Thank you very much and we will be back!

Visit was to have moles removed. First visit. Doctor took a biopsy on one and told me to call if I don’t hear back on the results. Waited a month and called and left 2 detailed message. Received a call back and staff asked me what I was calling for?? Not impressed. Cost seemed very high as well at $1193.00 for a couple of skin tags and 2 small moles. Biopsy seemed questionable.

They apparently have people that don’t know how to schedule properly. My new patient appointment has been rescheduled/ canceled twice now. Took a couple weeks to hear anything after my referral then 2 days before the appointment after confirmation tell me they need to reschedule. And again 2 days before the appointment literally hours after sending me confirmation tell me they have a scheduling conflict, and because I am a new patient they want to make sure I have enough time in my appointment. How about maybe don’t schedule a bunch of other stuff too close to my appointment then. I was referred by my doctor for a reason, not like I just willy nilly wanted to see a dermatologist. Told them to just cancel it I will go elsewhere. Ridiculous

Mallory Murray PA was great, spotted are of potential skin cancer. It tested positive, she called to see how I wanted to proceed. It needs further surgery. She said that the office would call with in a day or 2 , day 3 I called to try to set up appointment, only got a machine and left my info and what I was calling about. End of day 4 still no call.

My first appointment was a nice experience. All were very friendly, helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable while I was there.
