Highly recommend this spa as a beginner they made it so welcoming. Everyone is always so helpful and willing to take time to talk about an individual plan for my skin. The moment you walk in you feel calm. Also best toilets around! I have been to several spas and none of them have the vibe this place does. The staff has fun together and I love watching them interact with each other. Really has a small town spa feel, even if it’s in Lansing.

Loveliest experience with Erin, RN. I was very comfortable, had my favorite coffee, an eye for literally everything, kind and lovely, very high-end with zero uptight or stuffy. Easily, the best spa in mid michigan. Holly, the owner, is extremely friendly, helpful & engaging with her staff & clientele. I always enjoy my visits with her. I especially enjoy seeing my big buddy, Odin(dog), he is definitely my favorite part.

Erin is the most amazing provider I have EVER had. She listens to my needs and offers solutions based on what’s best for me and doesn’t try to sell me unnecessary products and services. The staff is all super sweet and helpful and the office is beautiful and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else. Edited- had a Secret Pro CO2 facial with Tammy and she was amazing. She explained everything step-by-step and helped me stay super comfortable during the process. Another Aqua rockstar!
