The Hand Center at Muskegon Surgical Associates

I had an appointment with a local orthopedic hand surgeon, not associated with Muskegon Surgical Associates in anyway. The person at the other place was very rude, and hung the phone up on me without so much as a have a nice day. I chose to seek out a surgeon on my own, for what would be my third opinion for an ongoing issue after I sprained my wrist in the early Fall of 2024. I called this office and right away I knew it would be a better place to go. The person who answered the phone was warm and gave me their full attention. They actually acted like they enjoyed their job. When I arrived at the office for my appointment I was greeted by friendly front office staff who did not seem put out by me not having my physical insurance card. My job recently changed insurance companies and our first new cards were misprinted. This meant the staff had to do more work to verify my insurance. The nurse who brought me back to an exam room was also very pleasant and made me feel like I was not putting her out. Then I met Dr. Ostric. Right away I felt like he listened to my concerns regarding my wrist issues. He took xrays, and did a thorough exam of my wrist. He sat back in his chair, in relaxed manner, and gave me his full attention. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend this Dr. and office if you have hand wrist issues.

The Staff at This Business were very Helpful and Answered all of my Questions. Everything was Very Clean and the Atmosphere in the Building was Pleasant and Comfortable. The Hand Doctor that I met with was Incredibly Friendly and Very Professional! My Experience with this Business was Awesome and I'm Extremely Pleased with the Services that I Received.

Dr. Ostric was very informative and kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. The nurses and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and inviting.

This staff is top rated. They are so amazing. Dr. Ostric done such a wonderful job on my wrist. Thank you to all of you for giving me use of my hand back. Without the pain.
