I love my lips sooooo much!!! Dr. Thayer is so kind and professional. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Lips are fuller and make me feel younger and pretty. I’ve had my lips done by someone else who didn’t listen and wasn’t very hospitable, then made me look like a duck. Dr. Thayer is the best. I love MSA!

I came in to the office to see Dr Myers for a very small cyst on my armpit, he told me he would make a small incision around it to get it out, well after taking the bandage off two days later I can see than he cut WAY more than he needed to, he cut about 2-2.5 inches when my cyst was only about 1cm, and he didn’t cut around it, he started the cut exactly on my cyst so he didn’t even remove it he just cut into it and down my skin. AND he did a poor job at stitching it up. I’m very upset and there’s nothing I can do about it :(

I seen Chad for a second opinion on a hand surgery I had done from a different office. He told me what was going on and set me up with ot to help with the scar tissue and he will follow my rehabilitation in case any injections are needed.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Excellent bedside manner throughout the building. Really make you feel comfortable!! Recommend to all!

I brought my child for an appointment this morning and immediately upon entering the office we were treated poorly. The front office staff (Ashley and whoever else was working with her this morning) was heard gossiping about patients and other staff. Once we were called back the other office staff was also standing around and gossiping. The medical assistant was rude and came across as pushy. The PA who seen my son didn't place my son for the proper splint and wasn't thorough. We were told misleading things from. The beginning and now today were told my child's injury was permanent. When we went to check out we stood in front of Ashley's desk for several minutes while she was texting on her cellphone before she would check us out. We took my child elsewhere and received the care we had expected to receive here.
