Pinnacle Dermatology - Okemos

Christina is the best! I love Pinnacle Dermatology and she has a lot to do with it. She is always so nice, compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable and just an absolute joy to see every time I come in for a skin check. The girls working the desk are also very sweet and make check ins and check outs run smoothly and quickly. The atmosphere here is always welcoming and caring. For these reasons, I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.

First time visiting Pinnacle and it was an amazing experience. From the front desk staff, assistants and Doctor/PA. Very kind and made you feel comfortable. We were shocked on how fast they got us in and out including doing the procedure the same day but they didn’t make you feel pushed through or rushed. Was very informative. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.

This was the best experience I have had! I was really nervous to get my procedure done and Rachel and the receptionist were both so sweet and kind! Rachel gave me a stress ball and a mini fan to hold while I got my procedure done. She was so understanding. I was in and out within 30 minutes! This is definitely the only place I’ll go to from now on. It’s so great when you go to a place and feel heard and respected.

Had an amazing experience from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. They made me feel like I’ve been there for years and it was my first time. I also love that they text you with earlier openings due to cancellations. That’s pretty cool too.

CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! From the second I walked in until I walked out I felt valued as a patient. Uncommon these days. Minimal lobby time. Excellent experience with the medical assistant. PA was engaging and very calming in her evaluation. Great result. In and out in under 30 minutes. Doesn't get any better. Thank you for the experience.
