I originally emailed for pricing and was instantly given a call to discuss. The receptionist was really friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me set up a consultation for the next day, I was lucky there was a cancellation so I was able to get right in. I arrived, the office was so cute and clean. Everyone was so nice and friendly, even the other women waiting for a service. Elizabeth Knapp was my injector for lip filler. She was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first time with any lip fillers or being in a plastic surgery office so she made me feel very comfortable and was fun to chat with. She answered all my questions with detail and was gentle while injecting me. She didn’t rush through at all but felt like I was done within minutes. She definitely knows how to make a girl feel beautiful. I would highly recommend her and this place. Customer service was great and the experience was not as scary because of how Elizabeth made me feel. Thank you West Michigan Plastic Surgery and Elizabeth !!

I called for a consultation and everything was explained to me. When I came in Rachel was very kind and down to earth. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Holley gave me his recommendation and showed me what my results would look like. Then Rachel went over cost and all my options. Would recommend West Michigan Plastic Surgery.

I went there to have a small BC carcinoma removed from my forehead. Everyone was very kind. I got to lie down on a comfortable heated bed. The procedure was painless. 5 stars. Highly recommend…and wear sunscreen:)

I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough! She is incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive, always making me feel completely at ease during my visits. Her caring nature and professionalism truly set her apart. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the front desk staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Every experience with Elizabeth is exceptional, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was a patient of Dr Holley’s this past summer and have nothing but great things to say. He is extremely professional, kind and genuine. He listens to you and your concerns and answers them fully and honestly. His work is beautiful and I am completely satisfied.
