The Spa MD is the best place and only trust. Jeanette is absolutely amazing. She is a true Master with proper placement and is meticulous with her techniques. I will not go anywhere, please everyone do your research. I went to another dermatologist who was the worst. After seeing Jeanette, I will not trust anyone with my skin. With all her experience, she has Master techniques and you go wrong. Thank you so much, love love love Spa MD. Also love the other girls, so accommodating and very professional.

I absolutely love, The Spa MD in Rochester Michigan. Not only is the place exceptionally beautiful with ambience! The whole staff are a wonderful group of ladies. Always friendly and very welcoming ( yet very professional). I wouldn’t trust any other Spa with my beauty treatments… I am pleased every time I come here (amazing results) that last I’ve never had a bad experience or reaction to any of my beauty treatments. Overcharged me for a missed appointment due to COVID. DID NOT HAVE DX of COVID 24 hours in advance. Crooks. Last appointment esthetician was speaking anti cop rhetoric. No difference in skin after two treatments. Waste of time and money. Bad people. RESPONSE: NEVER GOT REMINDED TEXTS IR CALKS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. YOU CANNOT RESPOND TO YOUR TEXTS SO TOU SANNIT CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. YOU ARE NOT OPEN ON WEDNESDAY AND HAVE NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. YOU REQUIRED A DOC NOTE AS IF I WAS A CHILD. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE. I EMAILED YOU TWICE TO DISCUSS ABD NO OBE RESPONDED. NIW THAT I MSKE S PUBLIC Complaint YOU Respond!! Ha. You are not good people or you would have had the decency to give me my 100 fee back. And yes you esthetician thought it was ok for a cop to be murdered by a criminal because one of their group was killed while committing a crime. .
