Best Results, Excellent customer service, Friendly atmosphere, trusted professionals!! My experience at Mireya Medical Spa was 10/10. I received Botox in my upper forehead for the very first time and was very nervous. Dr.Rojas was calm and professional and helped ease my nerves. Laura also is the friendliest and best to give advice on all my skincare needs. I enjoyed having a consultation with her and am excited to get facials and the best care! They are the dream team 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m so glad I went with Mireya Medical Spa and don’t trust anyone else with my skin and my wellness more than them. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Excellent customer service from the reception desk to the treatment chair. The Botox was clean , clear and comfortable. The staff was so inviting & provided the greatest feeling of ease . So excited to have found these guys . South Lyon needs this kind of wellness / aesthetic company .

I went to this place as it was local in town and my sister was getting married and wanted to treat us to some self-care. I’ve never had many treatments before, but Laura was great at explaining and telling me the process. I felt safe and trusted the process. The price was fair and comparable to what I was researching. Will definitely go back :)

Love Mireya Medical Aesthetics. Laura is amazing, very knowledgeable and soft spoken. She walked me. through the process and I felt very comfortable getting my very first micro dermabrasion facial. She also treated some other skin issues. My skin looks abd feels fabulous, and I feel great! Thank you Laura!

I had my first microdermabrasion appointment with Laura. She was very informative and friendly and eased my worries about recovery. I am looking forward to returning. Im very happy with the results. I would definitely go again especially a few weeks before a special event or trip. Highly recommend!
