Dr Clay made me feel at ease and very comfortable during my appointment, all of my questions and concerns were answered. The front desk staff, Toni, Amy and Julia are awesome! Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about my insurance. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Reception/front desk area definitely needs some training on customer service. I called to schedule an appointment. Whomever I was on the phone with acted like it was a big deal to go through the schedule to find an appointment that accommodates my work schedule. I ended up canceling the scheduled appointment because I just got fed up with the receptionist’s irritability over trying to schedule. I thought that was their job, I also did not get the impression they were listening to me when I was explaining my concerns on why I wanted to go in the first place. I will not be returning.

I always have a positive experience whenever I come into the office, staff is always welcoming and accommodating to my wants and needs. Dr. Clay is one of the best around!
