Consultants in Ophthalmic & Facial Plastic Surgery Twinkie Posting publicly across Google I had lower lids with skin tightening done on 04/25/2024 with Dr. Geoffrey Gladstone. Ten months later my eyes look exactly the same as they did the first day of the consultation. I made the worst choice of the Doctors because all he did was take 5,600.00 from me. I have a small cyst in the corner of my left eye that I now have to get removed. He refused to see the issue during the post-op that the under-eye bag was still there and the fat pockets on the left eye was still there also which he stated during the consultation he would remove. Chose any other Doctor except Dr. Gladstone because he doesn't know what he is doing.

This place is a another example of providing poor care for top dollar. They did not my have my medical file and had no idea on how to retrieve my information. They were so pre-occupied with scheduling me for a surgery that all my questions were disregarded....like, "Why do I need surgery"? I was promised a follow up call to discuss my medical history and determine if I needed the surgery an ultimately the call never came. The only time this organization reaches out is to collect on money. Shameful practice....take your care and money somewhere else.

I had surgery to reconstruct the tear duct drain from my eye lid to my nose. If I had it to do over, I would not do it again. It is my fault possibly for not asking more questions, but it was very expensive and it did not seem to work. I was not told that I would have a tube in my eye post surgery and accidentally pulled it out. The scheduling process was cumbersome - my paperwork was lost, then my surgery time was forced to change because of other cancellations, last minute I had to get a covid test, etc. Post test I was told I must see the doctor in a week. When I went it, she did absolutely nothing and I assume my insurance was charged. Everyone one was nice and polite, but I just would not recommend going through this experience with this practice. My eye still waters the same as it did before.

Dr. Schlachter came into the room a genuine hour past my appointment time, & said nothing. I was there for upper eyelid swelling. I showed her photos of the swelling, as it wasn't swollen the day of the appointment. Her response was a sarcastic "you think that's swollen?". I have seen three other doctors that have acknowledged the swelling. She then went on to tell me what I was talking about was from aging, and that my eyebrows had clearly dropped on my face. I just turned 28. I've never seen a doctor of any sort with such lack of bedside manner. She was extremely rude the entirety of the appointment, which was about 3 minutes. Unless you have nothing better to do all day than to sit around & wait for someone with zero regard for your appointment time and are interested in plastic surgery, 100% go elsewhere. Worst $30 I've ever spent.

The MA was combative and didn't want to listen to any of my health explanations. Instead she raised her voice, spent 15 minutes telling another MA how she views my attitude, and never had the physician see me as I had requested.
