Dr Schlachter is probably the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. Im a nurse practitioner and have met a lot. She goes above and beyond and actually cares about her patients. I had my upper and lower lids done. Following my procedure I noticed something was not healing right. She saw me monthly to monitor my healing and then opted to biopsy because she suspected I had an auto immune condition. She was right . Because her knowledge and her caring nature this was found many years early. She referred me to specialist that will treated me. She probably saved my eyesight . As for her surgical skills, both of my eyes look fantastic. If you were considering getting any surgical procedure done, this is the Doctor you want to do it.

Staff is always courteous, professional and friendly. Crystal went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule with an appointment time. I have been seeing Dr. Schlacter for the last 2 years. She is personable and professional; taking the time to answer my questions; excellent with the residents/fellows on her service during appointments.

My sister is mentally paired. I have been searching for years for someone to do an eyebrow lift for her. Dr. Schlachter said no problem. When I went back to recovery, the first thing she said, I see. I cried. The surgical staff was great. The office staff were so kind and gentle with my sister. They treated her so special. Great experience. Highly recommend them. Ps. Surgery went well, scaring is not noticeable. Very little to no pain.
