Dr. Bobbi D. Edwards, MD

I will never go to this office again. They never answer the phone and are very unprofessional. I went through all the hoops of getting a referral auth to go here for them to either not have an appointment for months or not answer the phone. Dr. Bobbi Edwards is an excellent doctor however her staff is terrible and they do not call back or answer the phone. They just don’t care. I am completely done with this office at this point.

Best Dermatologist who actually listens to and cares about her patients, especially on an emergency basis. I highly recommend Dr. Edwards.

I have seen Dr. Edwards for over 20 years for management of my hair loss condition. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, personable and so is her staff who supports her consistently with professionalism. I know Dr. Edwards is the reason I still have healthy hair today. I would trust her expertise with my family and friends and highly recommend her practice without reservation for all dermatologic concerns.

After making an appointment as a new patient. I was very displeased with the professionalism. I called to make a appointment, not with Bobbi Edwards but with a practitioner. Which was strange. Anyway, I was told that documents would be e ailed to me, and they needed to be completed within 24 hours. Mind you I spelled out and repeated my email address several times. I tried calling back several times only to go to voicemail. After two days no one returned my call. You try to deal with a doctor of color. But you need to have professional workers. I have made an appointment elsewhere and was treated with respect. SHAME ON YOU

Wanted to love their services…..I actually never saw Dr. Bobbi, as I was being seen by the Nurse Practitioner; though nice, my skin never improved. Whenever I attempted to reach the Nurse Practitioner I was automatically told to go through their online portal and await on them to respond (even for simple requests). Another thing I found interesting, is that patients were required to pay their co-pay BEFORE receiving any services or treatments. Outside from having images taken from an iPAD, no bloodwork was drawn to determine the issues with my skin. I spent a good amount of money and never experienced the results I had went in looking for.
