I had 90 minute massage with Gail today. She was great! She made sure to let me know what she was doing, asked how I felt, how the pressure was, asked if the towel temperatures were good. She was very attentive. She asked a few questions during my massage to make sure she was targeting the right spots and to ensure she was meeting my expectations. My only complaint, it went by too fast 😉

Daren Nezol is fantastic! I came for massage therapy recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. I can’t recommend Daren Nezol enough! My surgeon specifically recommended him a couple years back. I’ve had some severe injuries and have seen a lot of massage therapists over the years - Daren is by far the most helpful. He is professional, kind, and has a deep understanding of therapeutic massages for various injuries, general massages, and prenatal massages as well. His current treatment plan for me is helping me to avoid another back surgery. He takes a collaborative approach with my surgeon and other treatment team. I cannot recommend him enough!

I recently had a hydra facial for the first time and I had a great experience however it was supposed to be 45 min long but I was out in less than 30 so I’m not sure if I missed something, I just feel like if I’m paying that much I should be getting the full 45 min

I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently had a birthday and my sister purchased a Groupon for me as a gift because she knows I love the spa. I called to make an appt and was told I couldn’t use anymore Groupons even if it was a gift. My sister called the spa to have a credit attached to my account for the amount she purchased the Groupon for that way she was still giving me a gift. Not only did the spa not allow the Groupon and she had to cancel it, she was also told they would not add a credit to my account for the same value since she lives far away and can’t pick up an actual giftcard. The unwillingness to work with their loyal customers is quite saddening. We were not asking to transfer the Groupon! What we wanted to do was purchase a gift card or apply a credit to account for the value of the Groupon and she’d pay over the phone. She lives far away and can’t come to spa to purchase a gift card.

I’ve seen Lauren here twice now and she will definitely be who I request from now on. As someone working through unresolved issues with being touched but also wanting to not give up on small pleasures like a relaxing massage, she does such a great job at communicating what she’s doing (if the pressure is ok, if it’s ok to move articles of clothing, and just listening to the client in general). She’s amazing and does a great job with creating a safe space throughout the massage.
