Amazing is an understatement! Rachel is so knowledgeable and warm and welcoming. It’s very obvious that she loves what she does and she puts the time and effort in to do a wonderful job every single time. After seeing 3 different people before her for my lashes, I was hooked with how beautiful and natural they looked. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now for brows and lashes and I will never go to anyone else. Cannot recommend enough!

Had an amazing facial with Rachel! She asked if I had any concerns, what my current skin routine was, if I wanted her to explain what she was doing throughout the process, etc. The one I had included extractions, cleansing, two masks, upper body/facial/hand & arm massage. Finished with serums & moisturizer. Very relaxing (after the extraction part ha!). Felt very safe with COVID safety measures in place.

Since she was booking out 2 1/2 months, I honestly did not expect a return contact, especially since that seems to be the norm for many businesses these days. However I was pleasantly surprised when I received a personalized return email on the same day, which was a Sunday, and an invitation to reach out by phone when convenient. I called Monday morning and Rachel promptly answered the phone and she took the time to answer all of my questions about a handful of services with a no-pressure approach. After the call I booked through her convenient, user-friendly online booking system and I can’t wait for my upcoming appointment! I’ll update this review after my services are completed!

My momma and I now have a yearly tradition of going to Amy for a relaxing and skin nourishing facial! Her facial helped to relive tension in my forehead while hydrating my dry winter skin:)
