I highly recommend Tam at Eternal Welness! She did a consultation with me and there was a lot of information to process so she wrote a fabulous follow up email summarizing everything we discussed and recognized that she had to be mindful of my hesitation. She gave me information and let me proceed at my own pace and comfort level. She was very knowledgeable and caring and funny. I just had my first injection and I am very excited about this new process.

Brittnee was amazing , she made me feel so comfortable before my service (I was definitely nervous) not only that she talks you throughout the whole process. I was able to reach out to her while my lips were healing for any questions or concerns and had a couple follow ups to really make sure I was happy with my results. She made me feel so comfortable and made me feel as if I was with a friend , I can’t recommend her enough! I’m so happy with my results!

I had made an appointment with Eternal Wellness Med Spa, because my daughter-in-law (she is awesome by the way) gifted me a generous spa appointment at your establishment. I scheduled an appointment a month, or so, ago, then had to change it twice. Finally got in today and it was just an off day for me, in too many ways to count. Without making this too detailed, I probably challenged their operations and expectations of a customer, because i was just so frazzled today. What i have to share though, is that even though I may have been a challenging customer, I was treated with the upmost grace, the moment I stepped in the door, by everyone I met while at Eternal Wellness Spa. Madi really knows her stuff. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my facial and gained so much knowledge about my skin. She was very thorough with explaining all products and their use/benefits. I will definitely be visiting her again.
