Associates in Dermatology of Traverse City

Thanks to the staff of Associates in Dermatology, they were very helpful in making changes in my most recent appointment and they were very efficient in gathering medical data and insurance information before my appointment. Dr. Dean is extremely perceptive in determining patient concerns and I trust him to provide me the best of skin care. I have observed he has a positive relationship with staff which I assume translates into a good office culture. Dr. Dean is friendly and easy to talk to. Associates in Dermatology is my go to place for skin care.

I arrived about 5 minutes early, and was taken back to a room immediately. Staff were friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The PA, Michelle Sergent, was very competent, outgoing and explained everything in detail. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to ask further questions. The staff working with Michelle, Jennifer and Kelsey were very good at what they did. The were efficient, compassionate, and very good at what they were doing. Check in and check out was also very efficient.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed by Dr Dean and his staff. They all are good listeners and give excellent feedback. I did some research before I contacted Dr Dean and was impressed by the number of people and I assume patients that speak so highly of his practice.

Everyone I encountered in the office was very friendly. Dr Dean was very helpful and very funny. I always enjoy my appointments with him.

Dr Sergent and Dr Griner both are very thorough and have great compassion for their patients. Always answer questions about my concerns and treatment. Always enjoy talking with both them. There office staff and nurses are always helpful and friendly.
