Dr. Michael Gray: The Michigan Cosmetic Surgery Center and Skin Deep Spa

Dr Gray and Skin Deep are terrific. The Dr is very educated and knows what you need and how to achieve it! Skin deep has up to date a modern systems to add all the extras. Invasive and non invasive. All options under 1 roof. I have went to Dr Gray over the last 20 years 4 times! He’s awesome. I hope he never retires…. The staff is also Awesome!!!

Well where do I begin. I has breast augmentation 25 years ago. At hat te we didn't have internet like we do today. I went to him because he was the only Dr that did them through the belly button. First he told me that he was the Dr that that should we say was the one that again should I say came up with that. A lie. He was very rude and no bedside manners at all. He didn't take much time and seemed to me didn't want to answer my questions. I missed my I my 2nd check up after having them done and when I called the office said to bad so sad we won't see you. I couldnt believe it After spending all that money I was told that they don't last that long. I had no problems up until 3 weeks ago whe 1 started leaking which is normal after that long and the Dr i went to said was definitely time any way due to more than just leaking. They encapsulate which is hardening of the tissue around the breast. First of all I want to say about the Dr that did the new implants was amazing. He took his time explained what happens after that long and not only gave me 1 choice of what to do but 3. At my age, 65 i choice the least expensive. He was not pushy and lete tell you his staff was as good as him. His assistant said that most patients at my age choose just to have them replaced. I could have spent 20,000 but I could tell it was about the money to his office. They are genuinely about your needs. So lnow get to the point. My Dr called me this evening to check on me and in a very nice told me about the hack job he did. He didn't exactly say that but could have. My implants were put inover the mustle not under which was my choice. My right breast never looked right but I just figured was do to the implants. Well my Dr when he called me tonight spent a lot of time with explaining what had happened. He said that the right breast when he did the surgery he put the implants half under the muscle. Also advised me that the way he did them the incision was not correct. Was in the wrong place. He actually told me that on my first visit. He was very concerned about me. He took 25 minutes at 9 pm talking with me and explaining everything. If I was anyone thiabout getting implants from Dr Grey, RUN, I wouldn't let him touch me.

I had my tummy tuck with Dr Gray on 7/10/2024. I am super pleased with the results. The scar has healed amazingly! Dr Gray and his staff are top notch! I would recommend to anyone looking to get a tummy tuck or any of his other services.

Magician!!!! This doctor was born to do cosmetic work! Plastic surgeon or not, He is a wizard at what he does! Dr Grey Will educate you every step of the way! I did a breast lift. Total transformation after having three kids. He does my fillers! I went to other places for fillers very bad experience! Prices are phenomenal! I just had my 4th surgery, this one being an Hourglass Tummy Tuck, with Dr. Gray and I can not say enough great things about this office! I was extremely anxious about this surgery, just due to it being such a major surgery. So I made several phone calls to the office with questions.. and not only were they informative and incredibly nice every time I called, Margo suggested coming in for a 2nd consult just to ease my mind and ask Dr. Gray and questions I might have before surgery. She never made me feel like I was being a pain or bothering them. She made me feel like all of my questions and fears were important and should be addressed. Margo has been there since I started going there, which was about 10-12 years ago, I believe, and I just love her!! She is so caring and makes you feel so comfortable, and always has for me 💛 After surgery, I got very sick (nauseous and vomiting) for the first 48 hours. I called Barbara MULTIPLE times after hours, asking questions, also just being scared.. she was so sweet and kind and not once made me feel bothersome to her (even though I know I probably was)!!! She made me feel better about my situation, so I could at least relax a little. Nancy, my surgical assistant, from the day of surgery, through all of my post ops, was extremely informative and super sweet! Answering all of my one million questions (literally) with a smile on her face! Everyone just made me feel so comfortable, not crazy!! and welcomed, which is a very nice feeling when you are so anxious about your surgery! And Dr. Gray!!! I mean, what an amazing surgeon! Not only did he do an amazing job on my breast lift/implants years ago, now with this incredible tummy, I will be back in a bikini (in a few months!) after 20 years!!! He is able to bring my confidence back to me that I haven’t had for decades! He’s a wizard with a scalpel 😍 and so personable and down to earth, which is another reason I have stuck with throughout the years and surgeries, along with referring appropriately 5-6 people to him, who have all had great results as well! If you’re looking to get a little of your self confidence back, Dr. Gray and staff is the place to be! 💕
