I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Randhawa! I go to her for the best Botox I ever had. She has good technique and quality product. I have been to many others over the years and nobody compares. She’s very personable, and her front office team are lovely people.

I've been going to Dr. Gina for years now. She is honest, professional and also has a sense of humor. I wouldn't go anywhere else for injections, even though I live 2 hours away now. I have been to the office dozens of times; the women at the front desk are and always have been polite and professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gina's for years. Dr. Gina herself is great, however, her receptionist needs a lesson in customer service ASAP. I had an appointment, booked months ago. I received several email reminders and a text message the day before confirming my appointment. I drove all the way to see her (30+ minutes) only to find out Dr. Gina is out of the country!!?? To top it off, the receptionist was beyond rude - gave zero apology, just an indignant "We called you and left you messages". Then proceeded to argue with me when I said I hadn't received anything (while also calling me by the wrong name and reading off a different phone number), even as I am showing her my call log (with no missed calls or VMs from the office, or any texts OTHER than the CONFIRMATION text). Obviously I would not have wasted my time or my gas money if I had any indication that the appointment had been cancelled. This is not how to treat people - Dr. Gina, I hope you take action here. My phone number and email address are on file - if you had truly tried to contact me, you did not try very hard, or called the wrong number. And then to not even apologize and instead argue with me - so incredibly rude, very disappointed!! Sadly cancelled any future appointments unless this is resolved.

Do NOT go to her. I left after spending $1,000 on Botox and fillers. I was so excited because I was turning 40 and it was my first time! I saw minimal changes. She botched the Botox on my forehead so now I have droopy eyelids. She messed up the fillers on my smile lines so I have lumps and also lumps around the corners of my lips. The lines in between my eyes are not gone nor are my crows lines. I also have lines on my chin which were my main focus and she didn’t address them at all even after I asked several times. She makes it impossible to get in for an appointment to fix it. She won’t fix anything without charging, even though the mistake was her improperly injecting the products. Please take my advice. I have a new amazing doctor. I’m happy to give recommendations. :)

My experience is she absolutely knows what she is doing when it comes to Botox. Have no experience with anything else. She’s super personable and has an amazing bedside manner. It’s been the same staff since I’ve been going about the last 2 years. They are also very professional and friendly.
