I was referred to Dr. Hilger at the Hilger Face Center by another plastic surgeon who felt Dr Hilger was the best choice of doctor to correct my broken nose. I am so happy with the results and Dr. Hilger was so nice to work with! He was so kind and thoughtful and listened to what I wanted out of the procedure. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Highly recommend! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Lyford-Pike and Elizabeth have truly gone above and beyond for me. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done for me. They are truly the best!

I had a very successful body lift with a different plastic surgeon, and needed a face lift. I thought as a face specialist, Hilger Face Center would do a great job and was looking forward to the consult. A friend who recently had a consult with Dr Hilger referred me. I get there 10 minutes before my scheduled time, and the receptionist asks if I'm (name), and I said no.. but I found that to be odd. As we were waiting, a person walked in and turns out, that was whom they were waiting for and took her in right away. 10 minutes past my scheduled time turned into 15, 20, 30 minutes, and no one even bothered to come explain what was going on or apologize for the inconvenience. We eventually decided we'd waited long enough and left. Clearly, the person who came in after missed their appointment, but the staff didn't think my time was valuable enough to even act concerned enough to check in? And this wasn't even a free consultation. I had to pay for it (yes, I did get a refund). It's now 5 days later, and no one called to check in to apologize for wasting my time. It was an hour drive each way for me and a wasted afternoon. This just shows how much they care about their potential clients. Not impressed and certainly won't be going back. My friend who referred me likely won't be going there either.

Hilger Face Center employs an amazing group of humans who show a level of care and compassion that sets the bar very high. They have created an exemplary example of how care, coordination, humor, and expertise go together when working with patients and tending to their health and needs. What I needed to have done was completed with perfection and precision. Dr. Peter Hilger is in a class of his own, and I feel very fortunate to have accessed his expertise. Thank you!

Patients BEWARE!!! I was referred to Hilger Face Center by my primary ENT. I went to their office off of 50th and France. I saw the doctor for roughly 10-15min where she quickly looked up my nose with a medical tool that mimics a tweezers. She then said I need the same surgery I already had before. I then get a bill for almost $2,000. They billed my insurance company and sent me a bill for the balance. I have been to many medical appointments for various things in my 45 years and this is the most blatant, outargues over billing/fraud I have ever seen. There was 100% not $2,000 worth of medial services provided and it's extremely unethical they would try to charge that amount. I have contacted the Minnesota AG's office as well as my insurance company to look the unethical billing practices of this center. They also did not ever talk to me about what anything would cost, they just asked for my insurance card.
