Liz at the Edina location in Minnesota is amazing! She's such an actual sweet heart. Without getting into too many details, I had a bad on the phone experience with a remote representative. I went into the actual store because I still wanted the service. And Ms. Liz was there!! Liz is this locations branch manager and I was so lucky to have had her be present this day! Not only did she advocate for me, but she offered me more options with my package that fit in my budget. Her service was impressive, but she treated me with genuine care and compassion. The establishment itself is nice and open. Clean and has a nice view. They offer water, coffee & tea. They have nice procedure areas with T.Vs And overall the whole team at this specific location has definitely exceeded expectations for the services they provide. I'd recommend checking them out for sure! Liz even gave me a welcome gift bag! Such a lovely group working here at the Edina Location. 10/10 recommend

The ladies were really so welcoming and pleasant and overall helpful. I was super nervous but all my answers were answered and I was made comfortable. I'm excited for more services with them. Making this my go to place for every service. I had filler and it looks really natural after the swelling went down but it honestly didn't look bad WITH the swelling. Brooklyn measured it out really well and safely. I'm pleased for sure.

i had the pleasure to have Ying work with me during my tattoo removal. she was so sweet and easy to talk to. she spoke with me during the entire process and helped ease my mind while having the tattoo removal without numbing cream. she also gave me the most detailed and helpful advice for the after care. she was amazing and made my experience great!

The Clear and Brilliance treatment is amazing. I’ve gone through 4 of 6 sessions so far and already I can see a big difference! Firmer skin, fading sun spots, clearer skin, smaller pores. As a 66 year old, former constant sun-bather, I didn’t have high expectations, but I couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing the continuing improvements. Well worth the cost!!

I have met with Yang twice now. She is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable and welcoming. She is patient and takes her time with you.
