No one ever picks up the phone. She needs more doctors in there helping her. Our appointments are always rushed because she has back to back appointments. My son’s perception was denied because they didn’t answer the phone or return the pharmacy’s phone calls.

Not enough positive things to say for this place. I went in for a consult on a red spot that had been present following acne, and I didn’t like the way it looked. I knew I had skin issues here and there, some dry patches that bugged me, but all I wanted was Dr. Pierre-Louis’ opinion on what to do with the red spot since it had been resistant to any treatments. She evaluated me and told me I had inflammation that I needed to get under control. I truly was shocked and didn’t believe her at that point, I had gone my entire life looking like this, and now for the first time I am being told I have inflammation. She was thorough in explaining cause, how to manage, and what the treatments would entail—follow her routine, return in two months to get the red spot zapped with a laser if it still hangs around. I went home and started and learned she was 100% correct and I had inflammation. Her simple recommendation and treatments changed my skin immediately. It was beyond just appearance, my skin genuinely felt so smooth and calm for the first time in my life. I returned to have my red spot removed, and due to an insurance change I was no longer covered. Dr. Pierre-Louis worked with me to make sure I could get the treatment, she did it, and it worked. Needless to say, I will be coming to her clinic regardless of my insurance coverage because she and her incredible staff are worth seeing. Dr. Pierre-Louis is a high quality doctor and person.

Sad to say but I thought I had actually found a good dermatologist and she actually helped me alot( even though you wait for at least 20 mins to get called back even though your on time and then your actual visit with her is less then 5 mins) but the service I now received after not being seen for longer then a year(due to schedules booked so far out)is a disappointment. I was last seen in Nov of 22 and tried to schedule something last year but the schedule was so crazy and far out I couldn't get in when I needed too and the only way they would refill my prescription was if I was seen. So I had to to have my PCP refill my script which really I shouldn't have needed a whole appointment to refill a prescription I've been on for years and to tell me what I already know. So I called back last week and they put me down for a next day appointment that somebody had canceled only to call me back to tell me they don't take my insurance anymore even though I was a prior patient but they could see me starting at $217. Crazy to think that all the appointments I had meant nothing and that because it had been over a year I now was not a previous patient any longer. Definitely not a good business practice at all!!

Dr. Margareth is the BEST! She correctly diagnosed and treated my son’s skin condition where other Doctors failed. I was able to take my son off all but 1 of his other medications and his skin has never been clearer! I wish I would have found her sooner, it would have saved me almost a thousand dollars.

Honestly, the best doctor I’ve ever experienced. My whole family goes to her. She has always been incredibly helpful in her medical expertise and solutions and very practical as well. Would recommend to anyone with dermatology needs.
