I’ve been seeing Kelsey for 2 years she is so fantastic! She makes it simple, seamless, and efficient! I go in for an annual mole check and it’s always so simple! This year I asked for help with my face complexion and she was very supportive and added products to help me achieve my goals. Already within 3 days seeing improvements! Since I started coming to tareen I’ve made it a priority to come annually and recommend to EVERYONE! The clinic and staff are ALL AMAZING and my experience with Kelsey has been additionally FANTASTIC 💕

I came in as a new patient and they treated it like a new patient with paperwork provided, but didn't actually give me an exam. Under "other concerns" I said rosacea and that's what they said the appointment was transitioned to...I finally asked, so if I want a true new patient look over I need to schedule another appointment? And was told yes. Such crap. All they wanted to talk about was a laser I should use, so this is clearly a money grab operation. It's a no from me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Such a waste.

If i could give this dermatologist no stars i absolutely would. PA Michelle was so disrespectful and disappointing. I did not feel comfortable or safe performing any service with her. I would not recommend her to anyone who is coming to this office. The manager was extremely unhelpful as well when i told her my concerns about my appointment and not wanting to continue business with them. I feel like i was bullied and lied to by PA Michelle and i hope no one ever feels that way about someone who is supposed to be helping them.

This is my f/u visit on Feb 12th. Michelle (PA) was so through on explaining to me that 1 of the 5 spots she took from my body was cancer. She explained about the mohs procedure and the Dr who does this is very good on removing all of it. The 2 techs that worked with her were so kind and caring. They took their time and talked through all the way through my visit.

Comfortable experience versus 2 other dermatology clinics located in Buffalo and Maple Grove from past experience. Able to get an appt within 2 weeks not 6 months. Excellent communication and patient care. Addressed all my concerns and what to expect. Being a male it was having to challenge mine own beliefs about seeking care that every person owes to themselves regarding skin care. Highly recommended
