I called ahead to see if they carried the Kevin Murphy hair product line and they did so I went in just to purchase product. One of the owners Jim spent at least 15 minutes with me explaining all the different products and Jim even offered to order in one product they didn’t have in stock specifically for me. Jim went above and beyond and I didn’t even have any services done that day just went to buy product. They have a VIP product card once you get 10 punches you can use it on your next product purchase and get 20% off And they’re not only a hair salon, they are a med spa and they have every service you could possibly think of for hair, permanent makeup, makeup lessons with a shopping trip, various facial treatments, Botox, last extension and tinting and application and a plethora of other specialized hair, face and lash Services. I think I found my new salon! Overall, my product purchasing experience was amazing and the receptionist that checked me out was great. Overall, CaJah Salon Spa was welcoming and radiated positive vibes! I would highly suggest you check it out. $$$

I got the most amazing haircut from Elizabeth last week! She had great banter and gave me an awesome massage during the shampoo. I have never seen my natural waves look this good and I love how she gave me a cut that kept my length but took a lot of the weight out of it. So happy to have found my stylist in the cities :)

I had a wonderful time getting my haircut with Elizabeth C. She took my indecisive thought process and gave me a great haircut/balayage that suits my fine hair. Will definitely be going back to her!

1 out of 3 appointments ended in an actual haircut. Our first experience was great - my teen loved his haircut. Second - the salon was still closed from the move - why our appointement wasn't cancelled, no one knew. I had confirmed the appointment the day before. Third attempt, we came ahead of the scheduled time and sat for 45 min after the appointment before giving up. Again, no communication or apology for wasting our time. I'm happy to agree to the policy that we will pay the salon for tardiness or no showing, but as a customer, we weren't granted the same courtesy or any consideration.
